What safety measures are you taking around COVID-19?
We've introduced a number of safety measures in response to COVID-19, including social distancing in our shops and kitchens, cleaning surfaces every 30 minutes, employees washing their hands at least every 30 minutes and providing designated pick up points for delivery orders. Can I collect my order?
Sure. If you are outside of our delivery zone you can choose to collect instead.
Can I add another drop in a different location than where I work?
Yes, you can. If you are the administrator of a company, you can do this via “My Account” > “My Locations” > “Add New Location”. If you are not the administrator please contact the Delivery Team who will be able to assist you.
Why is there a minimum value of £30.00 for a delivery?
To ensure our customers get the same freshly prepared food as you see in shops, we need to apply a minimum price to ensure the shop can deliver it on time to your office or venue. Our delivery window is 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. so we need to make sure we have enough resources available to make all the deliveries on time.
Can I combine breakfast and lunch to make an order of £30?
Unfortunately not. We have to treat these as two separate orders as they need to be delivered at different times of the day. We therefore we require both orders to each meet the minimum spend criteria of £30.
Can I get sandwiches and platters delivered for breakfast?
We are only able to deliver breakfast items within the breakfast slot. We have a great range of breakfast items include breakfast baguettes. Because all of our food is prepared fresh on the day, the lunchtime sandwiches and baguettes will not have been made yet.
Can I order soups or hot food for delivery?
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver hot food and soups at the moment, but watch this space.
Will you share my details with any other organisations?
Can I re-sell your-products?

I need to place a big order, can I talk to someone about this?

Do you do individual packed lunch bags for group orders?

Who makes Pret products?
Our lovely team members make all of our delicious sandwiches (and salads, wraps and more) fresh in our shops every day.
Do the platters have any vegan or vegetarian products?
Yes! Our platter range is always changing but includes a vegetarian sandwich platter and vegan salad platter. You can find them here. You can also order your favourite individual Pret items from our menu with any order.
Why are the items on your platters fixed?
We receive lots of delivery orders, meaning we can't produce bespoke platters and still ensure our sandwiches arrive on time in perfect condition. We want to offer our customers a wide choice of our favourite sandwiches whilst making them easy and simple to order. We are proud of our platters as they offer our customers a choice of some of Pret's classics, along with seasonal variations. If you fancy something else you can always order individual products for us to deliver along with your platters.
I am ordering for people that have dietary requirements. Can I view an allergen guide?

Can I order hot drinks for delivery?
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver hot drinks at the moment, but watch this space.
Can I pay with my credit card?
Yes of course you can, we have a secure payment system that will make a payment safely and easily.
Why has VAT been added to my order?
Pret charges VAT according to HMRC guidelines. Some items incur VAT and some items do not. The VAT incurred will always be calculated and displayed at checkout and on your order confirmation invoice.
I need a receipt from my previous order, where can I find it?
Log in to your account and navigate to My Account > Previous Orders. Here you will be able to see all the orders you have placed, and are able to view and print receipts/invoices.

Can I create a credit account and pay via invoice?
Please contact our Delivery Team who can discuss your individual requirements.
Can I amend my order on the day of delivery?
Yes, orders can be placed, amended or cancelled until 10am on the day of delivery for Lunch, or midnight the night before for Breakfast.
Why is the delivery acceptance process so important?
To ensure customer satisfaction and that we can receive prompt payment, it is vital that the customer and the Team Member check the order carefully upon arrival. Only once the customer has checked should they be asked to sign and print their details clearly on the delivery note. In doing so we can then be sure that the full delivery has been safely and correctly received as ordered.
Can I request specific delivery times or arrangements?
Our standard delivery slots are offered when checking out on our website. If you have any special requirement please contact your delivery shop, who will do their best to accommodate your request. Please note this cannot be guaranteed. The contact details for the shop servicing your order can be found on your order confirmation email.
What comes with my order?
Orders come with napkins and cutlery if requested at checkout.
How will my food arrive?
Depending on size and distance, your food will be delivered by either bike, scooter, car or on foot, from the shop closest to your location.
